Christiania Byggteknikk AS, formerly known as Patentband AS, was established in 1947 and has since the very start developed and produced the original Patendband product in addition to technical fastening solutions – mainly for the construction industry in Norway.

We often get contacted when client projects demand custom or new innovative solutions. We have developed specialist expertise through experience with several significant projects, enabling us to adapt our deliveries and solutions to new materials and construction techniques.

In addition to our regular Patentband, which we deliver in several different materials and colors, we also develop and produce brackets and mountings for a variation of prefabrication elements. The products are supplied complete, with the necessary custom screws to fasten and mount to materials like wood, steel, and concrete.
